Why We’re Not Offering Custom Work

Focus on Quality

Custom projects require extensive back-and-forth communication, multiple revisions, and detailed project management. By focusing on our shop collection, we can ensure every design meets our quality standards and serves multiple customers.

Better Value for Everyone

Shop designs cost a few dollars. Custom work would need to be priced significantly higher to reflect the time involved. We’d rather keep our prices accessible and create designs that benefit many customers instead of expensive one-off projects.

Small Team, Big Goals

We’re a small operation. Taking on custom work would mean fewer new designs in the shop, slower response times for customer support, and less time for improving our existing products. We’d rather do a few things excellently than many things poorly.

Will Custom Work Ever Be Available?

Possibly in the future, but we don’t have a timeline. If we do offer custom design services, we’ll announce it on our website and through our email list. For now, we’re committed to growing our shop collection and serving all customers through our existing designs.
