All Creative Makery designs include commercial use rights at no extra cost. Create and sell unlimited physical products using our designs.
What You CAN Do

✓ Create & Sell Physical Products
T-shirts, mugs, tumblers, tote bags, wood signs, stickers, decals, ornaments, cards, invitations – any physical item!
✓ Sell Unlimited Quantities
No limits on how many items you can make and sell. Create one or one thousand – it’s up to you!
✓ Modify & Customize
Change colors, resize, remove elements, add text, combine with other designs to fit your needs.
✓ Use in Your Business
Small businesses, Etsy shops, craft fairs, boutiques, online stores – all commercial use is included!
What You CANNOT Do
✗ These uses are NOT permitted
✗ Sell or Share Digital Files
You CANNOT resell, share, give away, or distribute the digital SVG, PNG, DXF, or EPS files in any format. This includes selling the files on Etsy, sharing them in Facebook groups, or including them as bonuses.
✗ Claim as Your Own Design
You cannot claim you created the design or apply for trademark/copyright protection on our designs.
✗ Use in NFTs or Digital Products
Designs cannot be used for NFTs, digital wallpapers, digital planners, or any digital product that’s sold as a file.
Common Scenarios
Can I sell items on Etsy using your designs?
YES! You can sell finished physical products (shirts, mugs, decals, etc.) made with our designs on Etsy, Amazon Handmade, your own website, or anywhere else.
Can I use designs for Print-on-Demand services?
Most designs: NO for third-party POD services like Printful, Printify, Redbubble, Merch by Amazon. You can use them if YOU are doing the printing/production yourself. Check individual product descriptions as some designs specifically allow POD use.
Can my employees/contractors use the files?
YES if they work for YOUR business and use files only to create products for YOUR business. They cannot take the files for their own personal business.
Can I give items made with your designs as gifts?
YES! Personal use for gifts is always allowed in addition to commercial use.
Do I need to credit Creative Makery on my products?
NO credit or attribution required! You don’t need to mention where you got the design.
Can I teach a class using your designs?
YES you can use our designs in teaching workshops or classes. However, you cannot provide the digital files to students – they must purchase their own. You can show them the finished product and teach the technique.
Important Reminders
Copyright & Trademark Responsibility
It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you’re not infringing on any copyrights or trademarks when selling products. This includes avoiding copyrighted characters, sports team logos, brand names, and trademarked phrases that you don’t have rights to use.
License is Non-Transferable
The license to use our designs is granted to you (the purchaser) only and cannot be transferred or sold to another person or business.
