To create the perfect custom design, please provide as much detail as possible:

We reserve the right to decline requests that may violate intellectual property rights. We’re happy to create similar styles or inspired designs that are legally safe!

What if I don’t like the design?
We’ll work with you through reasonable revisions to ensure you’re happy. If we can’t create what you envisioned, we’ll discuss options including cancellation before you purchase.
Do I get commercial rights to my custom design?
Yes! All custom designs include full commercial use rights. You can sell products you make with your design.
Will my design be sold to others?
Your custom design is created specifically for you. However, we may choose to add similar styles or concepts to our general collection unless you request exclusivity (additional fee applies).
Can you recreate/vectorize a design I found online?
We cannot recreate copyrighted designs. However, we can create an original design in a similar style that’s legally safe to use!
How do I pay for my custom design?
Once we agree on the design and price, we’ll create a custom Etsy listing for you. You purchase it on Etsy and receive your files immediately after payment.
