Step-by-step guide to accessing and downloading your digital files after purchase.

Your digital files are available immediately after purchase. Here’s how to access and download them on any device.

Method 1: Download from Email

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with download links.

Step-by-Step:

Check Your Email

Look for an email from Creative Makery with subject line “Your Order Confirmation” or “Download Your Files”

Check Spam/Junk Folder

If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder

Click Download Link

Click the “Download Files” button or link in the email

Save to Your Computer

The ZIP file will download to your Downloads folder

💾 Important: Make sure to download and save your files.

Method 2: Download from Your Account

You can always access your purchased files from your account dashboard.

Step-by-Step:

Log Into Your Account

Go to creativemakery.com and click “My Account” or “Login” in the top menu

Navigate to Downloads

Click “Downloads” or “My Downloads” in your account dashboard

Find Your Product

Locate the product you want to download from your purchase history

Click Download

Click the download button next to your product

Downloading on Mobile Devices

You can download files on your phone or tablet, but we recommend using a computer for easier file management.

iPhone/iPad

  1. Open email or account in Safari
  2. Tap the download link
  3. Tap “Download” when prompted
  4. Files save to Files app → Downloads folder
  5. Use Files app to unzip and manage files

Android

  1. Open email or account in Chrome
  2. Tap the download link
  3. Files download to Downloads folder
  4. Use Files app or file manager to access
  5. Use app like “ZArchiver” to unzip

💡 Pro Tip: For easier workflow, download files on your computer where you’ll be using your design software (Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, etc.)

How to Unzip Your Files

All files come in a compressed ZIP folder. You need to “unzip” or “extract” them before use.

Windows

  1. Find the ZIP file in your Downloads folder
  2. Right-click on the ZIP file
  3. Select “Extract All”
  4. Choose where to save the extracted files
  5. Click “Extract”
  6. A new folder with your files will appear

Mac

  1. Find the ZIP file in your Downloads folder
  2. Double-click the ZIP file
  3. The file automatically unzips
  4. A new folder with your files appears
  5. You can now use the individual files

What You’ll Find Inside:

Your unzipped folder will contain:

  • SVG files (for cutting)
  • PNG files (for printing)
  • DXF files (for Silhouette Basic Edition)
  • EPS files (for professional software)
  • Sometimes a README or license file

Common Download Issues

Problem: Download link doesn’t work

Solutions: Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), clear your browser cache, or log into your account and download from there. If issues persist, contact us.

Problem: File won’t download or is very slow

Solutions: Check your internet connection, try downloading at a different time, make sure you have enough storage space on your device, or try downloading on a different device.

Problem: Can’t find downloaded file

Solutions: Check your Downloads folder, check your browser’s download history (Ctrl+J in Chrome/Firefox), or search your computer for the filename.

Problem: Never received download email

Solutions: Check spam/junk folder, wait 10-15 minutes (emails can be delayed), verify the email address on your order, or log into your account to access downloads directly.
