File Troubleshooting

My File Won’t Download

Try:

  • Clearing browser cache
  • Using a different browser (Chrome recommended)
  • Checking your email spam folder for your download link
  • Logging in to your account to re-download

My File is Zipped

Some files are ZIP folders.
Unzip using:

  • Windows: Extract All
  • Mac: Double-click
  • iPhone/Android: Use an unzip app

My SVG Looks Blank in Cricut/Silhouette

Solutions:

  • Zoom out—design may be too large or small
  • Change line color
  • Ungroup the design
  • Check layers panel for hidden layers

Software Says “File Not Supported”

This happens when:

  • Trying to use SVG with software that only takes PNG (or vice versa)
  • Using Silhouette Basic Edition with SVGs
  • File didn’t fully download

Cricut Cuts Too Many Tiny Pieces

Ungroup layers → Simplify → Remove tiny decorative details.
