Digital products are instant downloads. Once delivered, all sales are final.

Our Standard Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or returns once your files have been downloaded. When you complete your purchase, you receive immediate access to your digital files. Because these files cannot be returned or destroyed once downloaded, all sales are final.

When We DO Offer Refunds

We will provide a refund or replacement in the following situations:

Corrupted or Defective Files

If you received files that are corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened with standard software, we will provide replacement files or issue a refund.

Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our website or payment system, we will issue a refund for the incorrect amount.

Download Link Issues

If you never received your download link and we cannot provide access to your purchased files, we will issue a full refund.

When We Do NOT Offer Refunds

We cannot provide refunds in the following circumstances:

Change of Mind

If you changed your mind after downloading the files or no longer need the design.

Compatibility Issues

If the files are not compatible with your specific device, software, or cutting machine. We provide detailed file format information on each product page.

User Error

If you purchased the wrong design, accidentally bought duplicates, or made an error during checkout.

Lack of Skills or Experience

If you do not know how to use the files with your cutting machine or software. We provide tutorials and support to help you learn.

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Us Within 14 Days

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your original purchase date. Contact us at contact@creativemakery.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line.

Step 2: Provide Required Information

Include your order number, the name of the product, a detailed description of the issue, and screenshots or error messages if applicable.

Step 3: We Will Investigate

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. We may ask for additional information or attempt to resolve the issue first.

Step 4: Resolution

If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

To avoid disappointment and potential refund issues, please take these steps before purchasing:

Check File Formats: Review the file formats included with each design. Make sure they are compatible with your cutting machine and software.

Review Product Images: Look at all preview images carefully to ensure the design is what you expect.

Read the Description: Product descriptions include important details about size, layers, and complexity.
