Digital Products & Downloads
Creative Makery sells digital design files including SVG, PNG, DXF, and EPS formats. All products are delivered as instant digital downloads upon purchase. You are responsible for downloading your files promptly after purchase. Files are available for download from your account or via the link sent to your email.
You are responsible for ensuring your device and software are compatible with our file formats before purchasing. We recommend downloading and backing up your files immediately after purchase.
Commercial Free Use License
All Creative Makery designs include full commercial use licensing at no additional cost. This license grants you specific rights and has clear limitations.
What You CAN Do:
Use designs to create physical products for sale. Make unlimited items with no quantity restrictions. Sell finished products on Etsy, Amazon, at craft fairs, in your online store, or anywhere you choose. Use designs in your business marketing materials. Combine our designs with other elements in your projects.
What You CANNOT Do:
Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the digital files. Share files with others, including team members or contractors. Claim the designs as your own original work. Upload files to print-on-demand platforms that allow file access by others. Use AI tools to create derivative designs for resale as digital files. Include our files in design bundles or subscription services. Trademark our designs or any substantial part of them.
This license is non-transferable and non-exclusive. Creative Makery retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the original designs.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads once the files have been delivered.
Exceptions:
We will provide a refund or replacement if you received corrupted or defective files that cannot be opened or used, if you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error, or if you did not receive your download link and we cannot provide it.
To request a refund for defective files, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.
User Accounts
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Violating any applicable laws or regulations. Infringing on intellectual property rights. Distributing malware or harmful code. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems. Using our website for fraudulent purposes. Harassing or threatening other users or our staff. Scraping or copying content without permission.
DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
Creative Makery respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with a DMCA takedown notice.
Filing a DMCA Notice:
Your notice must include the following information:
Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the infringing material and its location on our website
Your contact information including address, phone number, and email
Statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized

Counter-Notification:
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. We will process counter-notifications in accordance with the DMCA procedures.

All content on Creative Makery, including designs, graphics, text, logos, and software, is the property of Creative Makery and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited commercial license to use the designs as specified, but does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Disclaimers & Limitations
Our website and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for technical issues with your devices or software. We do not guarantee compatibility with all cutting machines or software programs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Makery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are made.
