CreativeMakery.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and customers to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or distributed on CreativeMakery.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written DMCA Notice.
Your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (a URL or design title is helpful).
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on the website (URL required).
- Your contact information, including name, address, email, and phone number.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that all information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Incomplete notices may be rejected.
2. Our Response to Valid DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice:
- We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- We may notify the user or customer who posted or purchased the material.
- We may terminate access for repeat infringers, at our discretion.
CreativeMakery.com reserves the right to remove any content at any time for any reason.
3. Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification.
Your Counter-Notification must include:
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in the State of Nevada, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA Notice.
Counter-Notifications must be sent to:

If a valid Counter-Notification is received, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10โ14 business days.
4. Repeat Infringers
CreativeMakery.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others. โRepeat infringementโ may be determined at our sole discretion.
