Understanding Our Digital Product Policy
Important Notice
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once downloaded. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products Policy
All products sold on Creative Makery are digital files (SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS, etc.) delivered electronically via instant download. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood the product description
- You have verified compatibility with your software and equipment
- Digital files cannot be returned once accessed
- All sales are final
When Refunds May Be Issued
While we do not offer refunds for digital products, we may issue a refund or provide assistance in the following exceptional circumstances:
1. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with your download and we are unable to resolve them after troubleshooting.
2. Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 24 hours for a refund of the duplicate purchase.
3. Payment Error
If you were charged but did not receive access to the product and we cannot provide the files.
4. Defective Files
If the files are corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from the product description and we cannot provide corrected files.
Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For
We cannot issue refunds in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with the design
- Incompatibility with software you don’t own (e.g., Silhouette Designer Edition required for SVGs)
- Lack of knowledge on how to use the files
- Purchasing the wrong item
- Not reading the product description or requirements
- Issues caused by user error
- Hardware or software limitations on your end
Damaged or Corrupted Files
If you receive damaged or corrupted files, please contact us immediately at contact@creativemakery.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Screenshot of the error (if applicable)
We will re-send the files or provide corrected versions at no additional charge.
Wrong Product Purchased
If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase BEFORE downloading the files. We may be able to exchange it for the correct product.
Once files have been downloaded, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds.
Download Issues
If you’re having trouble downloading your files:
- Check your email for the download link (including spam/junk folders)
- Log into your account and access downloads from “My Account”
- Try a different browser or device
- Ensure you have stable internet connection
- Check that you have sufficient storage space

Refund Process & Timeline
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank/card issuer)
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable.

- Viewing all preview images carefully
- Checking file format compatibility with your software
